High low hem dress with beaded bodice, zip fastening and straps that can be untied to alter length. Bought to wear to a wedding themed party but bodice is not size 16. Approx 33" bust, 30" waist so more like size 12 on top. See pics. Fits hips size 12-18. It's simple, elegant style, high low hem length make it easy to wear. One layer of netting gives it volume. Slight mark on front noticed when package up for storage.
