It is by designer Jessica McClintock and is a size 10. The dress is strapless & has sewn-in boning in the bodice for a good fit. The a-line dress has several layers - the top lace over skirt, a solid white satin underskirt, 2 layers of sewn in lightweight fabric (I think it’s organza) ruffled petticoat & the last layer is solid white lightweight lining fabric.
