Pakistani Asian designer Wedding dress.I just worn it for couple of hours.The maxi is in blue velvet colour and net dupatta is in orange colour.Its extremely beautiful ,heavy and detailed work on it.It's basically "Small " size.There is side zip in maxi as well so its makes it easy to wear.I can send you measurements as well if you are really interested.
