A stunning brand new cobalt blue dress and jacket, Photos dont do it justice as the colour is fabulous, a really vibrant blue. Perfect for weddings or a special occasion Bought for a wedding but it was postponed & now it doesnt fit me. I have had 3 buttons added to the jacket so it can be fastened if desired. See photos. States size 22 but is very small fitting.l would say its more like a size 18/20
