This product is a new dress designed by Jillian Welch in ivory, featuring 3/4 sleeves and a knee-length hem. The dress is unfinished, allowing for the wearer to customise and personalise it to their liking. Needs a back zip, hemming and any interfacing. Underarm to underarm is 36” back neck to hem is 37”.
