Can be on or off the shoulder with a built in boned bra support. The frilly part round the waist can be removed if you want as it’s on clips. Please see photos. Beautiful flattering dress, Size 16 but I was a 14 (they say you go up a size in this style) I had so many compliments wearing this dress. Dress bag & hanger included.
