Approximate measurements are lay flat pit to pit of 18.5 inches. Lay flat empire waist is 17.5 inches, front shoulder to hem is 55 inches and back shoulder to hem is 68 inches. The straps can be removed, worn off the shoulder or on as she did in the photo.
