The measurements of the dress form are 34.5...28...37.5. The bust is very snug. It has been taken in slightly but the material is there and can be let back out. The waist fits as it should but the hips are about two inches too big. The hem is slightly dirty on the inside ....the outside of the hem is clean and so is the rest of the dress.
