A beautiful navy dress by Jessica Howard. Ruffled lower section and strapping bodice. The dress has in built cup padding and is fully lined. Knee length. Matching jacket/bolero is 3/4 length sleeves and has built in shoulder padding to add to shape. This dress is so comfortable as there is a slight give in the material.
