New without tags. Designer tags have been removed. There is an area where the floral designer has pulled apart/torn from the rest of the fabric, so that would need to be repaired. The dress overall would need a good cleaning. There are some dirt spots underneath the skirt and within the floral ruched design. While this is new & unworn, it is a discontined style and may show other signs of age.
