Excellent pre-owned Flowy Chiffon dress by David's Bridal. The belt can be tied in a bow on the back, front, or side, whichever suits you. Crinkle chiffon material is flowy and chic. This dress is in great condition, except I cut one of the belt holding threads (I hate those), but the string is still there, and it can be tied if you want to use it.
