Beautiful elegant size 12, midnight blue evening dress / gown by Frank Usher. Satin bodice with 2 straps attached by diamanté circle. Stunning drape back. Falls straight from bust and then flows out towards the bottom. Comes with matching long chiffon scarf / wrap. Only selling as I have changed jobs and unfortunately no longer attend events that this would be perfect for!
