Black Marble Agate Qualatex Balloons 11-Inch 25 Per Pack. Wedding/Birthday. Note that these seem slightly smaller than a typical round balloon. See picture. Blown up that size seems pretty filled. A Foot long and maybe 8-11” diameter. They are rated as an 11” balloon and that does seem to be the relative size. Could be used with or without helium.
