Self is 96% Polyester/4% Spandex. Lining is 100% Polyester. It is lined. It is a heavier dress and doesn’t feel flimsy. There are “ties” that are on a separate hanger. I don’t know if they are supposed to be a belt or if you hang them over your shoulder.
