Unusual chiffon dress featuring a sweetheart neckline with a unique flower design down the front of the bodice. It has ruching that comes down the bodice to the hips in the front and back of the dress creating a very flattering effect. The chiffon is unusually soft and silky. Size 14 but this designer’s sizes run small so is probably a size smaller.
