The measurements of the dress form are 35.5...28...37.5. The gown fits these measurments well. The gown is clean and intact. It can be worn as is. The gown has a cape like removable train that falls from the shoulders(called a Watteau train). It can be bustled. The hooks and eyes are already there to make it the same length as the dress.
