Hello, I am restarting my vintage handmade confetti cones and biodegradable petal business and so excited to be doing this again . All my confetti cones are handmade in the UK. I use good quality paper in Ivory and White with a Pearl or Diamanté decoration on the cones. I pride myself on giving you the best service possible. The Rose petals have a beautiful fragrance. There is enough rose petals to fill each cone so your guests can wish you well for your future together.
