16 vtg Pier 1 silver-tone/glass jewel placecard holders for wedding reception &c

One of the sixteen pieces Does Not Have A Slot; idk why. as pictured! A few of the glass jewels have fallen off and are missing. Also, most of the felt bottoms are loose or have fallen off, and four of them are missing entirely.
